Returns and Refunds
1. If you purchased via www.clarksstores.bh, please submit a return request within 14 days of purchase through: https://www.clarksstores.bh/pages/contact-us
- Include product images (all angles) and proof of purchase (invoice).
2. Exchanges / Refund are not available for online purchases in stores.
- To change size, colour, or style, you must return the item online and place a new order.
- Store purchases are treated as new transactions.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
4. Clarks offers a free return collection service through its approved courier.
- If you choose a different courier, you will bear all costs and risks, and refunds will only be processed once the item is received.
- Clarks is not responsible for any loss or damage when using non-approved couriers.
5. Collections are usually arranged within 3 working days, subject to third-party delays and public holidays.
6. Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
- All original tags, labels, and seals must remain attached.
- All returns are subject to quality inspection.
- Refunds will only be approved if the item meets these conditions and will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Returns will be rejected if items are not in original condition, show signs of use, have missing tags, or do not comply with these terms. Rejected items will be sent back to you.
